Refund policy

This return policy applies to Keevo Wallets purchased directly from www.keevowallet.com, to the extent permitted by law. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process from the day the return is received by us. At the moment your return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. 

Eligibility. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds Before Shipment. Bit Key allows you to request a refund for a Keevo Wallet and/or Services purchase up until Bit Key ships your product. You will receive a refund for the purchase price paid, including the shipping charges and taxes. Any bank fees, payment fees, dues, taxes associated with the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.  Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Refunds After Shipment. Bit Key allows you to request a refund for a Keevo Wallet and/or Services shipped, but unopened by you within 30 days of shipment. You will receive a refund for the purchase price paid and taxes, but not including any shipping charges and a $20 restocking fee.  Any bank fees, payment fees, dues, taxes associated with the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.  We will not, however, refund you for the costs of shipping the products to us.  Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Damaged Deliveries. At the moment of delivery, you must check to ensure that the package was not tampered with and that the packaging of the products is intact and undamaged. If you notice any defects, you must follow the procedure provided by the transport service company in such case and inform Bit Key of these defects by specifying the order number no later than eight days after delivery.

Submitting a return request. In order to obtain a refund, you must initiate a product return request by contacting our customer support center at support@keevowallet.com, provided such a return request is initiated within thirty (30) days upon the delivery of the product to you. Please be prepared to provide the Keevo support team with (1) the payment card number or PayPal account information or cryptocurrency address from which the payment was made, (2) the Order Number, and (3) the electronic receipt (invoice). 

Payments made with Cryptocurrency. Any cryptocurrency refunds will be calculated from the U.S. Dollar value of your payment at the time of your initial payment as collected by Bit Key Technologies, Inc., less any cryptocurrency transaction fees associated with the refund. The amount of cryptocurrency that will be refunded to you shall be calculated using the U.S. exchange rate provided by our wallet service at the time when we are making the refund payment (the exchange rate in the wallet services is derived from the public exchange rates provided by Coingecko; for more information, visit www.coingecko.com).   The amount of cryptocurrency that is refunded may very well be different from the amount initially paid by you depending upon the then current exchange rate of the wallet service provider used at the time of the refund. We will refund cryptocurrency to the same crypto currency address sent to our support team from the email provided by you when placing the original order.

Unlike traditional bank transfers, cryptocurrency payments made to Bit Key are not revertible, and a refund of an incorrectly transmitted payment cannot be enforced.  Please note that you are fully responsible for the correctness of the provided cryptocurrency address, and that you hereby agree that you bear any consequences from any mistakes.
