Yes. You can reset the Keevo wallet to its factory settings and erase all of your private information. Note: This also erases the private master key, therefore prior to a factory reset we recommend that you save your seed phrase or carbon key in order to restore, otherwise you’ll lose access to your crypto.

Any user in possession of a Keevo Wallet can easily factory reset a device and wipe all of the private and secure information on that device. BUT, they must first verify their identity and opt in to this procedure. Then they can then enter this seed phrase into any other Keevo or any other software or hardware wallet that supports BIP39 seed phrases and generate their private master key on that new wallet. Their crypto holdings are on the blockchain and can be accessed or transferred with their private master on this new wallet.
